This is the first external painting that I did on Artistic Licence. I taped around the edges, which took ages!

By the time I got to the last wheel, I had given up on using masking tape, and was now painting freehand. The side mirror was also good fun!

The first painting on the car I did was the inside of the driver's side door - a safe place to try things, without everyone being able to see.

The rear wheel, and painting on the door, moving to the inside of the car.

I used purple automotive spray paint for this rear section of the car, so masking off with newspaper was unavoidable.

Here's the result after spraying, and before the newspaper has been thrown away.
