Harp Parts 1

1 A chromatic electronic tuner.

2 Various strings used on harps, lyres, dulcimers, psaltries, lyres and kotos. Nylon strings (with anchoring beads), brass and music wires, and copper wound strings with nylon floss core.

3 Various grommets used on harp soundboards and on some other instruments as an alternative to hitch pins.

4 Brass bridge pins for Paraguayan harps (2), and standard harp brass bridge pins with groove (4) for Celtic metal-strung harps and non-pedal concert style harps.

5 Sharping levers (raises the pitch half a tone).

6 Tapered and untapered (with thread) tuning pins, brass and nickel plated steel. There is also an untapered brass pin with thread.

7 Tapered steel harp tuning pins, black oxide coated. The top one is a nickel plated zither pin used on mall harps and many small instruments.

8 Brass bridge-top rods for hammered dulcimers and some lyres and psalteries.
