The phone is not always attended during business hours, but there is an answering service. Most major credit cards are accepted, as well as personal cheques by arrangement.

We welcome overseas enquiries, but please remember the time difference; we are on Australian Eastern Standard time. We will return your calls. We prefer enquiries by email initially.

Alternatives to credit card details are bank or post office cheques, or money transfer agencies such as Western Union. I can also supply details of a Westpac account for direct fund transfers.

Please do not send us your credit card number in an e-mail. It is not secure. If paying by credit card, please use this form and fax or post it to us.

Allow about a week for the receipt of airmail orders, a couple of days to fill the order, and a further week for the receipt of your airmail purchases.

Initial email contact will establish the availability of the stock you require. Almost all goods are stocked, but occasionally a delay may occur, and you will be informed of this when you contact us.

Please note - all prices are in Australian Dollars. There is an airmail surcharge of $12.00 AUD on each overseas consignment e.g. plans, string sets, instrument hardware.
